CORDYNA™ Capsule is a botanical formulation combining selected herbal and fungal extracts. It is formulated to provide complementary support for general health and overall well-being.

Warnings and Precautions
Patients who are hypersensitive or allergic to any ingredient in CORDYNA™, are undergoing dialysis, have severe liver disease, or are taking anticoagulant/antiplatelet (blood-thinning) medicines or immunosuppressive medicines should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking CORDYNA™.

Pregnancy and Breast-feeding
Insufficient reliable data. This is a traditional medicine. Please consult your pharmacist/doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.

Side Effects
Mild gastrointestinal discomfort, such as nausea, abdominal discomfort, bloating or changes in bowel habits, may occur.

Interaction with Other Drugs
Patients taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicines or immunosuppressive medicines should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking CORDYNA™. No specific interactions with other medicines are currently known.

Dosage Guidelines
Adults
1 capsule once daily after food. May be increased to 1 capsule twice daily if required.
Children under 12
Not recommended.

CORDYNA™ may be taken regularly according to the recommended dosage.

Storage Instructions and Shelf Life
Store below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed. Do not use after the expiry date.

Pack Size
Each pack contains 1 bottle of 60 capsules, 1 authentication card and 1 information leaflet. The outer box is shrink-wrapped for product protection and authenticity. Do not accept the product if the outer seal or shrink wrap is broken, damaged or tampered with.
