This policy explains how we handle order fulfilment, delivery, and returns for all purchases made through herbalwave.com.my.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Delivery is handled by our appointed courier partners.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 business days.
• Sabah & Sarawak: 4–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — please refer to current promotions at the time of purchase.

5. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, unopened condition.
• The product must not be damaged due to customer mishandling.
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@herbalwave.com.my with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Refunds

Once a return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
